The below is a summary of some of the more crucial rules and regulations set by the Parkridge HOA.
- Three is NO smoking allowed in ANY common areas
- Pool hours:
- 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday – Thursday
- 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday
- Quiet hours – this is when we ask you to ‘turn down the volume’:
- 10 p.m. – 9 a.m. Sunday through Thursday
- 11 p.m. – 9 a.m. Friday and Saturday
- Construction hours:
- 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday – Friday
- 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Saturday
- Construction work is not permitted on Sundays. Exceptions may be made for work that does not disturb neighbors (e.g.: painting)
- Construction debris may NOT be placed in the shared dumpsters; owners/contractors are responsible for removing debris from the premises
- Personal items other than rolling carts or bicycles may NOT be left in front of cars in the garage.
- All large/heavy deliveries requiring a dolly MUST be brought through side entrances and may not come through the lobby area.
- There is a limit of two pets per unit, with a maximum size of 30 lbs
- Dogs must be on leash at all times in the common area; this includes service dogs
